Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at no-reply@suayu.com.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge and gift-wrapping where appropriate). The refund is processed after receipt of the product by the Company. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.

For CoD orders, please share your bank account details with our customer service to receive your refund amount. You can write to us at support@SuAyu.com for more details.

 

Return:

Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, name of the product, and the reason for returning the goods.

III. Are there any conditions for return?

  • Product should be unused.
  • Return request must be placed within 2 days of receipt of the order.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices at your risk and cost.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent further damage of goods in transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by the company to determine the legitimacy of the complaint or return.

IV. Is there any replacement guarantee?

In case of any dissatisfaction with our products, we provide a 100% money-back guarantee (excluding shipping/delivery charges and gift-wrapping expenses) subject to the conditions for return.

Replacement is subject to the availability of stock.

V. When are refunds provided?

Refunds are provided in case of damage in transit and when replacement cannot be provided due to non-availability of stock of the product. In case of returns, refund is issued as per the refund policy.

VI. Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, in case of multiple items in a single order, returns can be made for every single item subject to the return policy.

VII. How can I cancel my return request?

A request for return once made can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service.

VIII. When will I get the order after placing the replacement request?

Replacement would be made after the receipt of the returned goods to be replaced from the customer and they share the details of post/courier with us. Replacement will be done within 7 days of the date of shipment.

IX. Can I get my product exchanged?

SuAyu provides easy exchange. Exchange of unused products needs to be communicated at support@SuAyu.com and should reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original order. Shipment charges need to be borne by the customer. Customers need to share the details of couriers of products that they intend to exchange with us. The replacement of parcels from us would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.

X. How can I cancel the order?

You can cancel your confirmed order within 12 hours of placement of order. In any other case, if you wish to cancel your order, then the goods return policy will be applicable. Kindly refer to the same. We can cancel your confirmed order only if we do not have the product ordered by you in stock.

Frivolous Complaints

In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, SuAyu reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by SuAyu in this regard.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the cardholder's issuing bank.
