Shipping Policy

Products are shipped from our warehouse M/s Sahajanand Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, located at Surat.

Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Fridays will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.

However, estimated delivery time depends on:

  • Product's availability
  • Quantity of order
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped
  • Shipping charges and time vary based on the order size and location of delivery. However, the same will be displayed at the time of placing the order.

How the Shipping of Products Takes Place?

  • After placing an order and on receipt of payment confirmation for prepaid orders, the pick-up is scheduled for further processing within 1-2 days.
  • If the order is placed on weekends or holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.
  • We do not ship products on Sundays and Friday after 4:00 PM.
  • After shipping the order, customers receive a tracking link on the registered WhatsApp number and email address.
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 days from the date of order placement, depending on the customer's location.
  • The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state and metro to non-metro cities. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
  • Orders to tribal and rural areas may take longer, and customers are requested to allow additional time for delivery.
  • If delivery exceeds the estimated time, customers can contact Suyau via email, phone, or live chat for assistance.

Shipment Speed and Delivery Charges

  • We at Suyau deliver our products pan India.
  • Minimum order value should be above Rs. 100.
  • A minimum shipping fee of Rs. 49/- will be levied on orders below Rs. 500/-.
  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders from Rs. 200 to Rs. 2000.
  • Orders above Rs. 2000/- will be accepted on prepaid payments only.

Cancellation Policy after Placing the Order

  • Orders cannot be cancelled if the request is made after 24 hours of placing the order.

Suayu.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Suayu.in is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

Please note: All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping for orders above the value of Rs. 500 in India only.
  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days in India or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms.
